Q. Do you charge a fee for travel?

A. Our package prices include travel up to 25 miles from our office which is located at 28 Barberry Lane, Lebanon. Distances beyond 25 miles will incur a fee of $.50 per mile round trip for each trip (usually two trips - one for the rehearsal and one for the wedding and reception).

To calculate the travel fee for your wedding, use a mapping program like MapQuest and type in the address for the venue that is the greatest distance from Lebanon (the church or the reception). Use our office address for the starting point: 28 Barberry Lane, Lebanon, PA 17042. Take the distance given in miles and subtract 25 (included mileage with every package) Next multiply by 2 to calculate the round trip miles. Multiply this number by 2 again to get the total miles for both trips. Finally multiple this amount by $.50 (per mile rate) and the answer is the amount for the travel charge.

For example: If the distance one-way from our office to the wedding/reception is 100 miles, the travel charge would be $150.00 - (100 miles -25 miles (included mileage) = 75 miles X 2 (round trip) = 150 miles X 2 (two trips) = 300 miles total) X $.50 per mile).
