Pricing and Contracts
All wedding clients must sign, and be legally bound
by, the terms and conditions in our wedding services contract. This is a
legal document that serves to spell out exactly what we will provide for
your wedding in terms of the video services and what the costs and payments
required are.
Your wedding is not considered
"booked" with us unless you pay the minimum deposit and sign a
wedding services contract. This is a checks-and-balances system we have in
place to avoid misunderstandings -we don't accept a deposit without a signed
contract and vice versa. Don't assume that just because you inquired about
our services, and we're told your wedding date was available at the time of
your call or meeting, that we are going to be providing video services for your wedding.
Paying a deposit and signing a wedding video services contract,
guarantees that the prices in effect when you sign the contract are the
prices you will be charged for your wedding video services and options
regardless when your wedding takes place provided the date listed on the
contract remains firm. This only applies to services and options ordered on or
before your wedding day. Additional options, video and DVD copies, or any
other goods or services ordered after your wedding
day will
be charged at the current price in effect at the time the order is placed.
Required payments
Currently we require a $200.00
deposit at the time the contract is signed. Fifty percent (50%) of the total
amount due is required no less than fourteen (14) days before the wedding.
The remaining fifty percent (50%) is due when the video is completed.
Any deposits or money paid are
non-refundable once they are paid unless the amounts paid exceed our minimum
requirement listed above. Those amounts over the minimum will be refunded in
the event of a cancellation or postponement of the wedding.
